Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Nature of Services

Aisle Sitters is not a daycare facility. We provide temporary event childcare services during scheduled private events only. Availability, pricing, and final booking are subject to review and approval by Aisle Sitters.

Booking & Payment

All bookings require a signed service agreement and a 50% deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your celebration. Quote requests submitted through our website do not constitute a confirmed booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

The Reservation Retainer is non-refundable and officially reserves your celebration date and childcare team. The Remaining Balance is due 30 days before your celebration. If you cancel before the Remaining Balance has been paid, only the non-refundable Reservation Retainer is forfeited. If the Remaining Balance has already been paid and the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the celebration, the Remaining Balance will be refunded while the non-refundable Reservation Retainer is retained. Cancellations within 30 days of the celebration are non-refundable due to staffing, scheduling, and reserved availability. One complimentary reschedule may be accommodated based on Aisle Sitters' availability. Additional rescheduling requests are at Aisle Sitters' discretion.

Parent Responsibilities

A parent or authorized guardian must remain on the event premises during the entire duration of childcare services. Parents are responsible for providing accurate child information, emergency contacts, and allergy details through our secure intake process.

Liability

Aisle Sitters carries comprehensive general liability insurance. However, parents and guardians acknowledge that temporary event childcare involves inherent risks and agree to the terms outlined in our service agreement and liability waiver, which are provided prior to booking confirmation.

Medication

Aisle Sitters caregivers do not administer medication to children. If medication is needed, a parent or authorized guardian must administer it personally.
