Receive Your Custom Proposal
You'll receive a personalized proposal outlining your childcare team, activities, timeline, and transparent pricing tailored to your event.
Sign Agreement & Waivers
Once you approve the proposal, we send service agreements and parent waivers. Everything is handled digitally for your convenience.
Pay Your 50% Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your date on our calendar. Your booking is confirmed the moment the deposit is received.
Submit Child Details & Final Balance
30 days before your celebration, submit final child information, emergency contacts, and the remaining balance. Sensitive details are collected through our secure intake process.
We Arrive & Care for Your Guests
Our team arrives early, sets up the childcare space, and welcomes every child with warmth and professionalism. You celebrate — we handle the rest.
